Because of the amount of files we deal with, we have created an automatic process to turn your photos into cards. We lack the capacity to validate each one individually (quality, repetition…), so you need to make sure the photos you select comply with common privacy policies, namely: 1) you own the copyrights for all of them. 2) No nudity or violent nature.

The code for uploading photos is valid for 6 months starting at the day of purchase. If this period expires you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you and we may, at our discretion, still produce and deliver the product.

In case the code is lost we may, at our discretion, resend it or provide you a new one, if we are able to verify the product purchase and respective order.

All photos will be erased from our database at the end of a given cycle. You may, at any moment erase them manually in your user area.

Also, in the light of the recent General Data Protection Regulation, (GDPR) we hereby declare that your personal data will not be shared nor have any other use besides the order fulfilment necessities.
